After leaving the Railroad, I sold properties in the Hill Country before deciding to focus on the East Texas Area.

I moved back to Dalhart in November 2007 after leaving in 1994 to return to East Texas to help take care of our families.

My wife Peggy and I decided we needed to relocate to a smaller town, so naturally Dalhart was at the top of our list. Our four sons were raised here and attended Dalhart schools.
